Each of us handles essential roles at the Lodge to make the guest experience exceptional.
This position requires you to be in good physical shape, as duties can include lifting up to 75 lbs, stacking firewood, and climbing ladders.
Work is both outside and inside, and requires you to handle adverse weather conditions.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is desired.
Maintenance Team Member Candidate must demonstrate the ability to:
Maintain a safe environment for Gateway Lodge staff and customers Uphold Lodge policies Perform routine, preventative and needs-based maintenance of facilities and grounds Flex with seasonal maintenance needs (winter plowing, leaf removal, etc.
) Communicate effectively with management and fellow coworkers to support a team environment Work weekends and holidays as needed Compensation and Benefits Full-time and Part-time positions with pay starting at $18 an hour 401K retirement savings plan 1- week paid vacation Health insurance benefits if desired (full time) 30% off Gateway's lodging and food purchases Job Type:
